8th November: arrival in Tehran

After a week in Karachi where we were arranging the shipment of Foxy Shahzadi from Pakistan to Bandar-e-Abbas in Iran, the art on wheels tour is on the road again. Julien and Vincent are now in Tehran where they are working on Shahzadi's clearance from the Iranian customs before heading out to Bandar-e-Abbas to get Foxy Shahzadi. Our first impression of Tehran is great- friendly and helpful people; though the plane and the airport were looking pretty empty. Tehran is a busy city. We are staying at the Ferdossi Hotel. The good news is that the receptionist is french speaking !
