The Send off

Family, friends, sponsors, foxy fans and the Ambassador of France HE M. Daniel Jouanneau sent us off from a dhabba located in a park in sector E7 Gomal Road, Islamabad, for Karachi. The artist behind the work on Foxy Shahzadi, Ustad Habib Ur Rehman did some last minute painting and touch-up work on the car prior to our departure. The mechanic M. Kamra was also there for a last minute check prior to departure. Foxy Shahzadi then departed under applaud and rose petals thrown by friends and family. Shahzadi's journey in Islamabad started with a final round of the Faisal Mosque before proceeding towards GT road on her way to Lahore. Before the send off, Foxy Shahzadi also went to the Bebhud Primary School, where the children enjoyed her fancy colors and designs.
